Facilitating logistics and maintaining records of contacts and research done on a multi-million dollar production with a five year span.
09/01/06 - Present Towson University MFA Theatre Program Towson Office Manager Responsible for the day to day running and maintenance of the MFA program office which serves 15–20 graduate students. Duties include stock control, computer infrastructure maintenance, communicating with future applicants to the program and booking facilities for students.
08/30/05 – 09/01/06 Towson University Theatre Department Towson House Electrician Supervising and teaching practical lighting skills to students working toward theatrical lighting credits. Responsible for the maintenance of the department’s theatrical lighting fixtures and assisting with the hang and focus for productions in 4 different venues.
02/17/02 – 08/10/05 P&O Cruises (Carnival), World Wide locations Onboard Deputy Production Manager. Part of a team of technicians facilitating the lighting and sound needs of professional artists on P&O’s fleet of international cruise ships. This included visiting cabaret artists, classical musicians, the in-house 7 piece orchestra and over 30 different musical production shows. Living and working onboard five different international cruise ships.
2000-2002 Self Employed, Scotland Freelance Lighting and Sound Technician Networked positions for a number of companies in and around Scotland, including; The Crawford Theatre, Totality Productions, The Cecilian Society, LM Productions, Sentimental Suspicion, Rapture, STMS, Glasgow University and CT Engineering.
2000 - 02/17/02 The Kings Theatre Glasgow City Council, Glasgow, Scotland Lighting Engineer Responsible for major aspects of lighting including board operation, rigging and follow-spot on large touring productions including; Grease, Dr. Doolittle, Rent, Elvis, and Jesus Christ Superstar, also to liaise with outside users of the space to asses their technical requirements. Part of the technical team on the highest grossing Pantomime in Scottish history.
07/20/98 – 08/30/98 Stagedoor Productions Woking, Surrey Stage management Tutor and Stage Manager Responsible for the safety and technical provisions for all shows and tutoring a core group of teenagers in aspects of Stage Management and technical theatre during a four week Children's Theatre festival in which four individual plays were rehearsed and performed.
